Did you see that???
I’m watching Rush Limbaugh speak on CNN for his, as he calls it repeatedly (to laughter from his audience every time), “His first address to the nation”, and as Rush is talking about his comments at the end of how he hopes Obama fails and justifying his words, the camera oh so mysteriously went to static followed by a black screen and then the CNN anchor came on to say, “Don Lemon is off for the night (pause)…back to Rush Limbaugh.” The camera cut back to Rush to a standing ovation in the room with people going crazy and the sound muted for a few seconds, after which the sound and everything returned to normal. That’s a big hmmmm. There were no technical difficulties, at least one wouldn’t think because the anchor never mentioned that there were when it happened nor apologize or mention it after Rush was done talking. The anchor, and reporter from the scene of Rush’s speech, also mentioned how CNN was not mentioned by Rush as a network broadcasting his speech (he did mention Fox) so perhaps there was some…anger from CNN. I really want to know why this random static blackout or whatever you want to call it happened at the very moment he was supporting his “I hope Obama fails” comments. What were the motives? Was it planned or was it out of their control? I find this very interesting. I hope a journalist or someone gets to the top of this.
